Lisa White - New Executive Director of Sales

As of February 2024, Lisa White has joined ECSite as Executive Director of Sales where she will be instrumental in growing their client base and supporting ECSite’s mission to automate technical data collection with increased accuracy, and faster reporting during construction, commissioning and maintenance operations of digital infrastructure leading to 5G and beyond.

Before joining ECSite Lisa served as the Executive Director of Business Development at Broadstaff serving all digital infrastructure companies with their staffing needs. Lisa was able to use her 25-plus years of industry experience to support clients by finding quality resources to help build their businesses. While at Broadstaff her knowledge and relationships grew to new heights as the fiber and data center companies converged with the wireless industry exponentially.

As a co-founder of Wes-Tec in 2003, Lisa served on the Company’s Board of Directors and in several executive roles including President. Lisa had overall responsibility for Wes-Tec’s Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, and Operations. Under her leadership, Wes-Tec expanded its profitability, geographical presence, customer base, and service offering.

In addition to her responsibilities at Wes-Tec, Lisa served on the Board of Directors for the California Wireless Association (CALWA) and was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for her service. Lisa is also on The Advisory Board for the Industrial Technology Department, Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Lisa has a long-standing commitment to her community and served several years on the Board of Directors including President of the Saddleback Valley Chapter of National Charity League, a mother-daughter philanthropic organization serving the needs of others.

Lisa is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology.
