ECSite, Inc. Welcomes Industry Veteran Mike Taylor as Senior Director of Technology

SANTA CLARA, Calif — October 03, 2023 – ECSite, a leading software company that provides end-to-end enterprise SaaS solutions that assist with the test, measurement, and data collection of wireless network builds in the field, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mike Taylor as the new Senior Director of Technology.

Mike brings with him an impressive track record, having accumulated over 35 years of experience in RF Engineering of Cellular radio systems, from 2G through to the innovative 5G systems. His expertise spans DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) design & optimization, RF Interference, system performance & design, and system modeling software. He has contributed significantly to the industry with his software tools for RF coverage prediction, drive test data collection, propagation prediction & antenna masking algorithms, indoor RF coverage system modeling & optimization, and dynamic system simulation software.

Taylor is also the holder of a seminal patent on PIM mitigation techniques and has held key positions in companies such as Mobile Systems International (Planet Software), AT&T, and several engineering consulting & software tool companies.

Mike Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. In his spare time, he is an avid car enthusiast, having built and raced an Acura Integra at the SCCA national championship runoffs.
